B22bet Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "b22bet" or "Platform": refers to the b22bet.best website and all its associated services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and crash games.
• "User" or "you": any individual who accesses, browses, or uses b22bet's services after accepting these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the user after completing the registration and verification process at b22bet.
• "Balance": the amounts in BRL (R$) available in the user's account to place bets and play games.
• "Bonus": promotional credits granted by b22bet subject to specific terms of use and withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): mandatory identity verification process required by b22bet to confirm user data and prevent fraud.
• "Odd": the odds assigned to a specific sports outcome, which determine the multiplier applied to the wagered amount in the event of a correct prediction.
• "Rollover": the minimum wagering volume the user must complete before being able to withdraw any amount received as a bonus.

These Terms and Conditions are available in Brazilian Portuguese and apply to all users accessing b22bet from within Brazil. Previous versions become immediately invalid upon the publication of a new version.

To create an account and use the services of b22bet, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. b22bet is strictly prohibited for users under 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of Brazil or hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Not be on any active voluntary self-exclusion list on any regulated gambling platform in Brazil.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of b22bet or any partner company or game provider.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.

B22bet reserves the right to request proof of any of the above requirements at any time. Access may be suspended while verification is pending.

Each user may hold one account only at b22bet. Creating multiple accounts under the same user — regardless of the information used — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the retention of balances for investigation.

At registration, users must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and a valid email. Providing false or outdated information may prevent withdrawal processing and result in account closure.

The identity verification process (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals above R$ 100.00. Accepted documents include:

• RG (National ID) or CNH (Driver's License) — front and back
• Proof of residence in the account holder's name issued within the last 90 days
• CPF (as shown on your ID card or driver's license)
• Selfie holding the document, when requested

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. b22bet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to properly safeguard their login information.

The b22bet accepts the following deposit methods, all processed exclusively in BRL (R$):

• Pix: instant processing — balance available within 30 seconds of payment confirmation.
• Bank slip (Boleto): processing time of up to 3 business days after payment.
• Credit and debit card: approval subject to review by the card issuer.
• Mercado Pago: processing within 10 minutes.
• PicPay: processing within 10 minutes.
• TED Transfer: credit within 1 business day — available for Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. b22bet charges no fees on deposits; however, any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.

All deposits must be made from bank accounts or payment instruments held in the name of the b22bet account holder. Deposits made by third parties will be rejected and returned — the funds will not be available for betting and may be held during the review period.

The minimum withdrawal amount at b22bet is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to bank accounts held in the name of the verified account holder. Pix is the preferred and fastest method, with processing in up to 5 minutes for accounts with approved KYC.

For a withdrawal to be approved, the user must have:

• Identity verification (KYC) completed with documentation approved.
• Made at least one real-money (non-bonus) deposit to the account.
• The rollover requirement for any active bonus linked to the balance has been met.

B22bet processes withdrawals on business days from 8 AM to 10 PM (Brasília time). Requests received outside these hours will be processed in the next available window. The maximum review and approval period for withdrawals is 48 hours for amounts above R$ 5,000.00, which may be subject to additional compliance verification.

B22bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawals that violate these rules may be cancelled and the funds held under review.

Bets placed at the b22bet cover more than 60 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and major international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA and UFC, tennis, e-sports, and more.

A bet is considered valid and final at the moment the user confirms the bet slip and the system returns a confirmation message with the bet code. After that point, the user cannot alter, cancel, or reverse the bet.

General rules for cancelled, postponed, or interrupted events:

• Game cancelled before it starts: all bets are voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance.
• Match postponed to a different date: bets with a start time more than 48 hours after the new scheduled time will be automatically voided.
• Game interrupted after start: markets already settled (e.g., the score at the time of interruption) stand; remaining markets are voided according to the specific rules of each sport.

B22bet reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts per event, market, or user. Bets placed under odds-error conditions (odds clearly outside the market due to a technical error) may be voided by b22bet, with the full staked amount returned to the user.

The Live Casino at b22bet offers over 200 tables with live dealers, covering roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, and game shows such as Crazy Time and Monopoly Live — available 24 hours a day.

Live Casino games are provided by certified third-party providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech Live, Ezugi, and others. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) published on the game page before the round begins.

The user acknowledges that:

B22bet reserves the right to close gaming sessions in cases of suspicious behavior, use of bots or automated software, or any attempt to manipulate games.

The b22bet offers a variety of promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, accumulator bonus, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has specific terms that should be reviewed on the Promotions page before activation.

General rules applicable to all b22bet bonuses:

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• Bonuses have an expiration date from the time they are granted. Any unused bonus balance that remains at expiry is automatically cancelled with no right to compensation.
• The standard rollover on deposit bonuses is 5x (five times) the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50, on single or accumulator bets.
• The weekly cashback has a rollover of 1x (once) — simply wager the received amount once before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals requested before the rollover requirement is met will result in the automatic deduction of any remaining bonus balance.

B22bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with reasonable prior notice to users. Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless expressly stated otherwise.

By using b22bet, the user agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Use of bots, scripts, automated programs, or any software that simulates human activity on the platform.
• Systematic and intentional odds arbitrage aimed at exploiting pricing inconsistencies with no genuine interest in the outcome.
• Colluding with other players at Live Casino tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin.
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior directed at support staff, live dealers, or other users.

Violating any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, balance retention for review, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required under Brazilian law.

The user may request voluntary closure of their account on the b22bet at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at contato@b22bet.best. Any pending withdrawals will be processed normally prior to closure.

B22bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful use of the platform.
• Submission of false documents or inaccurate information during KYC.
• Discovery that the user does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., under 18 years of age).
• Court order or regulatory ruling.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, retained balances are subject to a compliance review. The outcome of that review will determine whether the funds are returned to the user or withheld in accordance with applicable law.

The b22bet believes that sports betting and casino games should always be a form of entertainment — never a source of income or an obligation. That's why we provide practical tools for users who want to better manage their experience:

• Deposit limits: you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in the account settings section. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss limit: sets the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Account pause: temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days — during which deposits and bets cannot be placed.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with a restriction on re-registration for a minimum of 5 years.

• Financial losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity errors beyond b22bet's control.
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information published on the platform, including tips, statistics, or analysis.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third parties (banks, payment processors, card networks).

Under no circumstances shall b22bet's total liability to an individual user, for any cause whatsoever, exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The b22bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with a minimum advance notice of 7 (seven) calendar days via a notice on the platform and/or notification to the registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes will constitute tacit acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of your available balance.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document. Previous versions may be requested by email from support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD), as well as the specific sports betting legislation currently in force.

In the event of a dispute or disagreement between the user and b22bet, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through customer support. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the courts of São Paulo (SP) are designated as the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
